Every bag is roasted to order after your purchase is placed. This helps ensure you receive fresh coffee rather than coffee that has been sitting on a warehouse shelf for months.

How long does shipping take?

Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, please allow a few business days for roasting and fulfillment before shipment. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Where are your coffee beans sourced?

We partner with experienced specialty coffee roasters who source quality coffee beans from coffee-growing regions around the world. Bean origins vary depending on the blend and roast profile.

Do you accept returns?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right. Due to the nature of food products, opened coffee products generally cannot be returned.
